With over 15 years of experience across the MENA and Euro-Med regions, she works at the intersection of entrepreneurship, inclusive innovation, gender equity, and digital transformation. She’s worked with founders, government partners, development agencies, accelerators, and corporate players to co-create structures that support real, lasting change; whether that’s helping women access better economic opportunities, or helping young entrepreneurs turn local ideas into scalable impact. Margreet is the Founder of You Are س, a holistic initiative driving women’s professional and economic empowerment, and a Founding Board Member of the Youth Entrepreneurs Network, where she helps shape youth-focused policy and innovation spaces. She is especially known for building frameworks that are both visionary and actionable, turning big-picture thinking into grounded, real-world outcomes.
